Many of us find it difficult to sit down with a blank piece of paper and jump straight into focused reflection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hence, in this podcast episode, I offer you the opportunity to see how the tool is used in practice and to reflect along with me as we progress through the episode. Let&#8217;s have a bit of fun at the end of the year, and try out something a little different.
